Would meraki be worth it from the Express if I do have my own grinder? I have been looking at ESP for Rocket TCA (same price point) and also at Wholelatte open boxes trying to find Profitec Pro 400/500 PID for around $1300-1400

why do you think the Bezzera BZ10 costs about the same as the BZ13 (that has PID & volumetric shot function)? I find the BZ10 significantly better looking though significantly lacking PID… though wondering if the electrically assisted group head makes is more temperature-consistent that E61? 🤔

I actually have the Unica with FC and I find it can do all I need easily. Rarely do I make milk drinks now but the steaming of this is top notch when I choose to use it. I like the fast startup and the PID for brew/steam.
