Random tips: 1. To get this to work in 2021, you're gonna need Flashpoint, so look that up (it's free). 2. If you save the game and then reload, on the faaaaar right of the screen there'll be a part that just looks blank. It's a diggable area like anything else; it's just that everything there is invisible. But you still get profit for the ores. 4. I believe it goes down to 1250? underground and you can find diamonds. :) 5. If you have low fuel/health and no money, run it out on purpose. The game will heal you for free! 6. Teleporters are your friend. For some reason the description says "can only be used once"--that's a lie. You can only PLACE it once, but then teleport to and from that space as much as you want. 7. Saving up for the different rock-piercing drills is worth it.

Does anyone know of a game that was an almost exact copycat of this, with a gruff mining foreman as your guide and set on another planet? I'm trying to remember its name. I remember your machine didn't have a traditional drill like Mega Miner but had two arm-like drills that the animation would raise when you drilled through something. The game still had all the same upgrades as Mega Miner and was an almost exact clone. I remember playing it on the website Addicting Games a long time ago, but they don't seem to have any reference to it anymore.
