Heroes in Red! That way they can "Hide the blood" and still look Heroic! Back in my day of playing a competitive TCG (L5R) and doing some international travel...I'd take *at least* 2 rows of cards with me... Ah, we got the airport security guys smiling at our lumbering "trees" around. Especially when 4 of us travelled together. :) Might have to discuss sometime more about your 'filing' of what went in which category for your 'mod-sets'...

Ya the mod sets used to be grouped by category, and still technically are, but now they don't have the dividers. So I need to figure something out.

​@@DaringLime You may be able to use a different colour divider to mark 'category' and then keep your regular dividers as they are - labelling each mod-set. I got several packs of (Gamegenics I think) "10 various coloured dividers" that have creased/folding tabs (for use vertical OR horizontal). I've always done it 'Alphabetically', never Chrono. But I have a 'Cover Sheet' with each mod-set, that lists a 'category' and a few other details like 'Source box/exp' etc. Made for easy finding anything as I can generally spell even if just the 1st letter! 🤣 My categories were more "Game Design spec" based (EG: "Heavies" = multiple 4< HP minions. "Mini" = multiple

@ I enjoy the long replies. I think getting more colored dividers would work really well. I could Just follow the color scheme that I had before with my sticker color in the binders. Dark blue was mutants, so all the mutant mods would group nicely there. Adding info on the set release I think is a really fun idea. I like to know what wave things were part of. Especially for the progression series.

Those MtG card boxes look real nice! I just designed some card boxes specifically for aspect cards that I'm prototyping right now. I love the idea of just grabbing the basic and one aspect instead of the big h*ckin 20lb box that also has all my heroes. We'll see how they turn out.

Really cool storage solution, I knew the game was going to take up a TON of space so I just bought two large BCW 4 row bins and split all the cards from Heroes / Villains. Still have a bit of room in both of those, but the hero one is creeping ever closer to requiring another one...

Oh wow, I have nearly the exact same set up with the same colors! I don’t have enough cards to have the gray box, but that’s my next box, though I may do red too. I have the boxes with the card windows in the front though. Thanks for sharing! Always fun to see solutions.

I actually use folded space organizers with the original boxes and burger token perfect fit deck boxes for the heroes, Villains and all the mod sets. I bought a small label maker and labeled everything on the boxes. Then I have a large box like the ones you bought for all of my aspect cards. All in all those boxes are a very nice storage solution.

That's an awesome storage solution that you have too! I have some of the boxes, but I don't have all of the original ones, most importantly, I no longer have the core box box, it didn't make the cut in the things I had to move unfortunately.

@JohnCollinsIsAWizard Special Burger King YuGiOh promotion. =P IF you like LCGs or deck building games Burger Tokens has alot of nice stuff for it. Mainly their tokens. I use their MC and Arkham tokens and their deckboxes for both.

I think villains fit purple. I do like the storage boxes but I can’t let go of the campaign boxes. I just got the storage print outs from Etsy to have a sturdy inside and use printed dividers from dividercentral to organize it all.

I repurposed the campaign boxes. They can hold remotes and stuff like that. I totally get wanting to still use the campaign boxes. They are awesome. I just wanted something more compact than that. I think those dividers and stuff on etsy are awesome and I wish I had them.

Would you recommend a new player sleeve everything? I like the idea, when/if I get my sets going that I sleeve most cards but keep one copy unsleeved but in a binder so I can find them for deck building. I do like the boxes you have.. seems a little bit more protection than the the BCW plastic card bins, which I also like. I don't know, organizing an LCG is a stressful point for me lol..

@@LK3185. if you play frequently I would recommend sleeves because if not the cards will become damaged over time and certain cards will have bends and whatnot that will tell you the order of the deck. Also for a small collection, it is cheap (compared to sleeving a complete one) to sleeve all your cards. There is a lot of replay ability with just the core set. Going back to it for my progression series was great for me. I would recommend sleeve what you have and play everting you have and don’t get new expansions until you have proved to yourself you love the game. Hope that helps :)

So what did you do to have the boxes close flush, since initially you couldn’t close them cause of the dividers?

@@nocluewhtsHppng the dividers that were stopping it were just extra tall ones. So I just took those ones out left the normal height ones and it closes perfectly now!

gamegenic clear matte are my favorite. Most affordable one that's still good in my opinion. its 10$ for 200 at my local game store. Haven't found a good deal online yet though unfortunately.
