Upgrading our pair of Morelia bredli pythons: The Ultimate Couple's Habitat Makeover

Hey guys, thank you for clicking on this video! We've been eagerly looking forward to sharing this long-overdue journey with you.
We patiently waited for Mrs. Smithers to complete her quarantine period while adjusting her to a cooler temperature environment in preparation for the breeding season. It's an honor for The Dude to welcome this species back into his collection after parting with a pair of Morelia bredli Pythons in the past to pursue his journey here in Texas.
Initially, we considered placing them in the tank we recently upgraded the Emerald tree skinks into. However, it became evident that they required more space than that enclosure could provide. The Kage, which once housed our Ackie Monitors, seemed the perfect choice for their new forever home. We intentionally kept the floor plan relatively open because these pythons prefer lounging and soaking in their surroundings over climbing and exploring.
We're keeping our fingers crossed that these two will become compatible and bless us with babies! It's enriching to care for this remarkable species, and we hope to share the joy of this experience with you both physically through the arrival of actual offspring and socially through our various media platforms.

Can’t lie Josh, I really enjoy seeing these build videos and I’m glad there’s been more recently. I think a good video would be to revisit a bearded dragon bioactive enclosure whenever you have the opportunity since I’m sure managing this whole business is a lot of work and can be time consuming, but I got to say you and your team do a great job at it and are setting a lot of the new standards for reptile care, keep it up man! 👍
