Great video! One thing we noticed is the disc brake cable should be bowed out in front. Remove handlebar stem and just let that cable go under and out. Thanks again for making and sharing your Liberty Trike unboxing and first impressions!

Hi Dee. The trike works good on gravel and dirt roads. I've gone on lots of rough, sandy roads and it did good. It has held up really well. It would be even better if it had the fat tires, but the regular ones worked good. Thanks for watching, Dee.

It is a really nice e-trike. Bob feels stable riding it. I have mobility issues with a bad knee and ankle and struggle with it a bit. Good luck to you.

It's interesting their showing a video on how to unpack the trike because if you're like me, you may need to repack it and send it back, when you realize they don't work (I had two, both inoperable) and they never did help me get them repaired. So I had to repack and send them back and they actually charged me to return them! Terrible service, read other reviews before you buy!!!

Ive built (chinese kit) a similar 20 inch trike from a regular single speed tricycle...added 1500W hub motor up front...got WAY more than i bargained for (its my first ebike) Should have went for 500W hehe...the torque 1500w motor generated on a small 20 inch wheel it totally bonkers....accelerates indefinitely to god knows what speed....not complaining here but i hope i wont kill myself at 63 y.o ha!

Speedometer, odometer, battery supply, time, and power used. The odometer can be set with settings for total trike mileage, or mileage on trip. The display also shows error codes and used for electronic troubleshooting.

At the highest setting for the motor it tops out around 12 mph. There are 5 settings each 2 to 3 mph difference. Total weight is 380 pounds for the motor to climb hills without pedal assist, on flat ground a friend weighting over 300 pounds rode mine without any issues. The battery on the highest setting for top speed lasts around 18 miles on flat ground, more downhill and less uphill. It can go further at a lower setting with your pedal assisting, but I usually go top speed for a distance that far. The Liberty Trike is great for around town for shopping chores, it is not a cross country or for that matter a cross the state vehicle. At 12 mph I stick to sidewalks, bike trails, parking lots, residential streets, and highway shoulders... The handlebars are 26 inches across, the rear wheels are 24 inches across, the Liberty Trike will fit through almost every door, well maybe not a closet door..
