That original upholstery looked beautiful. If I would have put out to redo it I would want it to look like factory. Just me I guess.

Some classic cars look best in their original factory upholstery. I agree with you, the original panel looked better. This replacement panel reminds me of something from the 70"a. It doesn't look or feel right on a 67.

Your work is great; I've run into the same problem with the pre-made carpets. They just don't fit well anymore. I quit using them in my shop, and now mostly use (don't laugh) Aqua Turf for newer cars and trucks.. especially work trucks

I'm a recent subscriber and look forward to learning more. I'm building a full custom and soon to do my full interior, including custom door panels. I also prefer the look of the original panels over the TMI ones in this video. Any tips on my headliner? It is a suspended type but I now have a large sunroof to incorporate right where the middle headliner bow would be.

Thanks for watching my videos. My glue gun Nozzle Size is 2.5mm and work with 40 - 150 etc pounds of pressure
