In this episode I finish out making the door panels, Adding arm rest made video too Long but the get finished in the next video and all panels and door handles get installed in the next episode

Because of your videos I have recovered the visors in my 85 T/A with suade along with the T top headliner. with acceptable success my restore will be complete before the end of the summer if it ever gets out of paint!

Im noticing..not one question.. On where materials came from..what are they..how did you cut grooves? None of those have been responded to? Did iiss something or did yall notice that too?

Cool man what size thickness is the panels and was that a router to cut the lines good job

The panels are 1/8 in ply lines are cut into foam

What is the white board you are cutting on? Looks like some kind of hard foam board.

The stuff I use is called landau foam it goes by many names its basically sculpting foam or poker table foam

If you move the arm Rest up it may not bolt back properly to the door mount.

How do you cut the foam and what size gap did you make it? What is the little green pointer thing your using

With a good sharp straight razor it cuts pretty easily gaps about a 3\32 then sanded at a 45* angle making it about 1/4 inch when finished, The green thing is a window pick used to install the rubber gaskets works great for upholstery too! Rich
