I'm not sure what you mean, who will own the race? but anyway, I guess it depends if the track is permanent or for one race only. IRL, the track is rented and the race owner would be the event holder. Track owners hold their own events as well...

@@UplandGuide Upland needs something that is proven, standards that everyone in the real racing world can understand. It would be silly for Upland to do anything different.

The term "race owner" is an odd one. I follow racing and I've not heard that term. There are team owners, racetrack owners and then a sponsor for the race. No one person owns the race.
