I think Acheron is an emanator of Finality and is living backwards through time (When we first meet her she has already experienced the main quest). I don't think Firefly is dead. I actually think that she IS Sam. The suit being her medical cabin that she mentioned (SAM, Semi Autonomous Medical-cabin). I think that the suit has a self piloting AI. Just some ideas though. We will see soon enough.

I have a wild theory, what if both Robin and Firefly are only "dead", but in reality the Death Meme is keeping them similar to how it acts in battle. Also ya Firefly is 100% the pilot for Sam and Sam can run independently like Titan Fall

Normally NPC teleportation is just a something in games you have to suspend disbelief for, but in this particular instance, keep in mind that Black Swan is a Memokeeper like the Messenger in charge of the Forgotten Hall. They don't have physical bodies and are memetic entities. Meaning they are living ideas very similar to the Memory Zone Meme. So they can probably move around based on the cognition of other living beings rather than mere physical movement. Also, Blade versus Sam is another dispute between coworkers, lol

Ngl for your team placement you should have Clara and blade next to each other on some either side. It hurts me to see you place them in the middle like that.
