I love it how the devs know the userbase so well. xD They know that many of us are little gremlins being a menace to society, and we'll break everything we can, steal everything that isn't bolted down, and try our best to cause chaos everywhere. So they put these small details in (like with the sign) for the gremlin players to discover and enjoy. xD
