Uploading to the Skyrim Nexus

This video will show you how to upload your mods to the Skyrim Nexus in brief detail. I won't go through the process of publishing a mod and doing a description but I will guide you through how to package up your files into a zip folder ready for upload to the Nexus.
I hope you find the video useful and please take into account that it was a rather ht day so I may make a couple of slip ups or not explain things too great at points.

Thanks so much for the vid Darkfox, I've been looking everywhere for this exact type of video. Most of them are in poor quality and only deal with the .esm instead of all the bells and whistles. Also, your vids helped me with the mod I've been developing since last August. I'm finally ready to release it and without a lot of your tutorials, it wouldn't be possible so Thanks again! Cheers!

There are cells called warehouseambush or something along those lines which have set up examples of enemy ambushes. It's usually a few linked references and triggers set up.

NVM, I got the answer on the Nexus forums. FOMODs are only needed if creating an install menu.

Thanks for the tutorial, DF127. As a first-time mod maker, though, I don't know what files I need to include in the archive. As you noted, some of those file trees are pretty deep, and I am sure I would miss something if I tried to hunt down everything manually. Is there a way to find the files I need to include from my data folder?

I'm going to start with a weapons and armor mod - just a second, more powerful set of vanilla armor and weapons,actually. Vanilla meshes, sounds textures etc. Only stats will change, tempering will be added etc. Which files would I need to include in the rar file then? Seems rather simple because it would probably not require much - maybe only the esp file?

So does the Nexus automatically create the FOMOD file for the NMM automated install, or is that something we have to do ourselves?
