Anna i have submitted the ppt but just one change i made in ppt was in the 1st slide where i changed the format and style a bit but not the template and i have given all information asked. Also in KZbin link I have given another video of KZbin about pyrolysis(related to my problem statement) but not my narration.Will it be a problem

Depends on the Judge, if they see the video they may not consider you but if they don't and decide to choose on the basis of PPT only then you may have a chance. All the best from our side

Bruh, the video was "optional", I think we don't need to submit it with video, but I did it with 30 sec cinematic trailer like this, I hope tht would be fine

Its good to submit video's, we recommend a video longer than 30 seconds but if have already submitted the I don't thing you can change it now, anyways all the best

Bhai jaise template mein ministry details problem statement name uye nahi bhara par baki sab filled hai

Bro Template follow karna tha, but agar aur zyada change nahi kara toh dikkat nahi aani chahiye, as long as problem ID is there, there should not be problem as certain PS have very large Titles

NO! Technical aspect is very important and crucial for submission, they are looking to solve real world problem , so concept wont work without implementation.

to give video link do we have to upload video on youtube to submit or we can just upload the video on drive and paste the link

They specifically mentioned KZbin Video Link, if you don't want public to see your video, you can publish video as Unlisted , instead of public, that way only people with the link be able to see the video and it won't appear in google or youtube search

You can submit on 20 also, if the number of submission has not exceeded the limit, there is a limit of 500 submissions, also for 2nd part email is sent by college to the qualified teams with the login credentials, please ask your college coordinator

When you submit you idea, there is an option for YT video link (its marked optional) but when we had talks with previous winners, they all advised to make a video presenting you solution and sharing it when submitting idea.
