It’s tough. I’d love nothing more than for Golden to run this defense until the day he’s done coaching. But at the same time Mike Mickens isn’t going to stick around to be the DB coach forever. And Golden’s defense can’t be as good as it is without elite guys in the secondary

The O line did not play well during the game and if they blocked better probably have a lot more success running the ball, but the line also did well enough that UGA only got 1 TFL in the game

I'm not sure either. But I will allow some grace. Starting a freshman at left tackle and musical chairs at guard and back up at center after 4 games. I want to see craig,jagasaw,and an year 2 of the other two young guys next year.

The 4th down drop by Bo was a bit of a miss read on his part. He made a shoulder dip right before the ball got there and it slowed him down. Looked like he was fighting with the db but he didn't need to do that, the ball was coming in high and db wasn't going to be able to do anything with that.

Will denbrock ever tell Riley to do a pump fake? Just to get the d line in the air. We throw so much around the line of scrimmage we get 3 or 4 line batted balls a game here lately

He's done it a few times, incl against Indiana, but i feel like he rarely has enough time!

Also, pumps work to free medium to long routes... short routes, by time he pumps, his receiver isn't open anymore/ isn't in position.

@Law_Dogg nah, they do it all the time like a half a motion before the guy comes free. Of he ain't open he ain't open, dirt it then. it wouldn't matter cause it's getting batted. Way to many batted balls. Fortunately they been hitting the ground.
