I cant find a clear answer anywhere but, does the fox 2 come with a complete bassinet in addition to the seat or is only the fabric for the bassinet included?

It only comes with the fabric. The fox 2 still has one frame only and you will have to swap out the fabric. I just returned my fox 2 for the vista v2! The fox 2 was huge!
