Wow. Lives lived in stone. Thank you for the format in which you delivery that " dash" between the dates/ times. One can only imagine what these souls experienced in the times they lived in. So many tragic stories, especially of the young.

We have been here before Leo. This is a beautiful spot in West Virginia. Although you are out in God's country, it is beautiful. Love the church. It is really interesting that you and Heather share the stories of some of the people buried in the cemetery. Thank you for sharing.

Hello from East Texas! I love cemeteries and I love your channel. Y’all’s research and documentation is phenomenal. The colorization of the photos is wonderful. Don’t know about anybody else but I can see the person much clearer which seems to kinda make them seem more real, if that makes any sense. Please keep the content coming. I always look forward to y’all next video. Again thank y’all so very much. 32:20

Leo, thank you for the tour of the cemetary. You just put a piece of the puzzle to my family tree in place. Not too many nicknamed "Punch Bill" but my 4th gr grandparents are Punch Bill and Nancy Allen Farley. I got to enter a little bit of info to my tree. Thanks

Awesome video! This one must have kept Heather busy for a while with ALL that research. It is sad to see the church being used for storage. The graveyard is in good condition. The grave of the confederate veteran is very interesting, with the confederate cross. The grave of James white is very interesting. I would have thought that he would have a veterans headstone. I believe you are correct, it does seem natural, for that broken down truck to be there. Thank you very much Leo and Heather, your hard work is very much appreciated. Take care. 😊

Another very nice video from two of the best. Great narrative and excellent research. Someone goes to a cemetery and reads a name, dates, and just walks on, and that's it. Not after watching y'alls videos. For years before finding your videos, I had starting wondering what the history was after reading the names and dates. Now I keep expecting one of y'all to start speaking and telling me all the particulars on this person. Y'all have spoiled me !!! I love y'alls videos and get to them as quick as I can. God bless y'all for all you do. And y'all stay safe out there on your travels.

Very interesting video. A pretty place. Buena Vista Farmer is certainly a very unusual name. Given what I presume may have been herfather's age I have to wonder if he fought in the Mexican American war at the battle of Buena Vista. Probably a question that the answer is lost in the mists of time

Another great little lost history video, thanks for the stories and wonderful views. When did you film this? Because there should be green on those trees if it were in the past week or so. Also Martha was so pretty. I bet it was from Spanish Flu. I'll tell you again, I so appreciate your channel and the care you two take to record these. The colorizing of the photos really brings them to life. Wonderful.

I'm a little late to comment on this one, but here's a little more information on Geraldine Curry. She was one of 17 patients who were killed in a fire at the old Huntington State Hospital on Nov. 26, 1952. The Herald-Dispatch had a couple of stories about the fire in their archive. I'm not sure if the cause of the fire was ever determined, other than it supposedly started in the basement.
