I love seeing your dogs. My elk hound passed at 12 years 4 1/2 months. They are such great dogs.

They are excellent with children, in fact, this is the oldest known family breed in the world. Been raised around families, and family life their entire time. Very good dogs for kids. Thanks, Merv

Merv do you kennel pups and adults? Or only pups?

Pups for sure, but lots of times the adults can ride with no kennel. I use kennels if taking adults for AI work or something of that nature, but for the most part the adults just lay in the back, especially if there are a lot going, then for sure no kennels. Young adults I'll sometimes use kennels just as they like to step up on the console at times, where as the older ones stay put. Thanks, Merv
