The Spirit of God isn't a spirit of victimhood. Although Jesus was victimized, He laid down His life for our salvation. They couldn't touch Him without His consent. We are children of God and we have the Spirit of God living in us. When we are rejected, it is because we show our strength in the Lord and others are jealous of that.

I've been hated by every living thing breathing in the world including angels from heaven that are here on earth. Where is Christ Jesus at when I cry out to him for healing & restoration in my life. I'm 31 & suffered horendlessly in my life.

@@__babyface Christ is closer toyou when you suffer than He is at any other time. He is trying to tell you something, namely that you shlould not seek human respect. Only try to please Christ and care nothing for those who persecute you. Read Kings and study Elijah. Look at how God loved him and supported him when no one else would. He said to God, "I alone am left." He too was depressed and even wanted to die. But God sent a raven to feed him when he was down to nothing, and He told him to rest. What He meant was "Rest in Me and you will have all you need." You have many more years ahead of you. Learn now, so that God can use you for His purposes. Do not rely on human respect. It should not matter to you who likes you on this earth, only feel confident that God is pleased with your actions. Follow the commandments and be free!

What is the opposite of rejection? Acceptance. You are accepted in the Beloved, that is Christ Jesus. He accepted you because He loves you. He accepted your sin on His body and was fully punished for your sin. He accepted your condemnation. He accepted rejection on your behalf. He accepted your grave and your place. Now will you accept His righteousness? His forgiveness and salvation? He will accept anyone who comes to Him. Come to Him and know and believe He is your Redeemer and Savior. That all your sins were fully payed for and punished, and His blood was shed for the atonement of ALL our sins. He died, was buried, and rose again on the third day. He is LORD. He is the Son of the Living God and God the Living Son in the flesh. Accept Him, and know you are accepted in HIM. It's when we come short of His grace is where all this bitterness creeps up. And the only way to get His grace is to accept it because it is a free gift to all who believe.

We aren't perfect cookies all with the same ingredients, same amount of chips ..individuals we are made ,yet we are all seeking a similar goal in running the race for which we are called heaven ward in Christ Jesus.
