I live in Henry county. The approach pattern from north East is right over my house. From about 1-4am it’s plane after plane over my house. You can see their lights all the way to the horizon at night my wife makes fun of me but I have an app to look up any plane in the county and track it lmao

The weather radar is showing the red on the display is because the radar is picking up the ground instead of the precipitation in that air. If you tilt the radar up you wouldn't get the incorrect reading because the radar would be looking up into the sky instead of down at the ground.

Hey man. Just thought I would let you know that your videos aren't only well done but that they make a fighter in this world happier everyday for quite awhile now. My best friends younger brother has aspergers syndrome and has a fascination with airplanes and government service vehicles. If you know anyone with aspergers, you know how smart they are in certain specific areas, while struggling with other areas of basic life. This boy could tell you what engine was used in a specific 1970 fighter jet. Your videos are literally offered by his family members to calm him down if he has a fit. He takes your videos very seriously and they seem to snap him out of his funk. He acts as your copilot while watching, and plays the game like you do. Very accurate and precise. Just thought I would let you know that your work is well appreciated. He really respects you and is watching one of your videos almost everytime I see him. I lived in Louisville twice in my life. The last time was directly under the last mile on the approach from downtown to Worldport; thus, I got to hear a ton of UPS planes land at night. A couple of my friends also work the night shift at Worldport. Your flight vid just brings back those memories. You have to adjust the 767 radars tilt to +3 for t/o and keep adjusting it during the flight until you don't see that ground clutter. During flight a typical setting is -2 deg. As you descend, increase the tilt, and vice versa.

Jeff does amazing work on his editing and his not over the top, AND he knows what he is actually doing! It is a great sim channel. He deserves millions more subs over the likes of pewdipie in my opinion, anyway, he has sparked my interest in flight sims and I have mastered most of my train simming and being a truck driver and mechanic by trade figure I should beable to figure out a flight sim (maybee after a 100 hours LOL)....Microsoft flight sim seems like the flight sim I need to buy!
