So to keep their millions they hike the price up and transfer the bill for THEIR salaries over to customers. #conveniencekills consumerism is quite disgusting. Yall have fun with your silly stuff and your silly markets. Whatever you have to do to feel good about yourselves. Labor makes your convenient lives happen. $49 an hour isn't enough when the fat cats in the ivory tower get insane amounts of compensation and never touch a box. This culture is sad and I'll keep saying prayers for it. Time to go for a walk in the woods.

I get it’s a hard job, but the teamsters will run that company into the ground. Look up every ltl company that was Union throughout the years. The Union ran them into bankruptcy which is happening right now with Yellow freight. Greed will put you out of a job or bankrupt a company. UPS is not exempt from bankruptcy regardless of how big they are..

@@codyeasley2152 I think they will find a way. How hard is to get out and take your own pakcage if you get a discount. And at that point almost anybody can do that job. Big truck drivers and bus drivers could be out of the job so there will be much more drivers available , also automatization will cut jobs at warehouses.......ask more while you can or get some additional guarantees regarding automatization. f they are offering 49 $hr for last year of contract there is probably some reason for it.
