I was there live and the crowd was very hyped for Roman. The Heyman extreme bit was also a nod to ECW, being as it was Philadelphia. After the show, we got a Bianca vs Becky match that saw Becky win with a tights grab roll up after raking Bianca's eyes while in position for the K.O.D. Also, before the show Macafee went all ECW on the announce table with a kendo stick as he was announced. The crowd popped hard for him!

The finger of power has lost it's mind. No way should a talk show get an up. Naomi's segment gets an up too? Seriously? Total crap. From the time Montez Ford came out till he started wrestling it was 10 minutes, throw more matches on!!!! You could have had 3 women's matches in that time. The last 25 minutes was a waste, Roman was just going to kill Ford till Finn showed up. Just have a 6 man tag or something more entertaining. I couldn't wait for Rampage to start by the time Smackdown ended.

Sonya's "you always drop the ball" comment to Naomi felt a bit weird. After Jimmy got his DUI, there sure were a lot of people blaming Naomi for it, and as we know Jimmy faced zero punishment for getting arrested, so it looks like Naomi is going to take one for the team.

If Vince is into the ebonies then 'taking one for the team' would actually get her a massive push. Seriously though Naomi kind of gets lost in the shuffle because her 'feel the glow' gimmick is just kind of meh and her finisher is using her butt to bump her opponent which would be more believable if say Nia Jax used it as a finisher. I don't think she's being punished it's that the upper card women's roster are better all arounders than she is and the mid and lower carders are either not on her level or are currently involved in feuds. Naomi would be better off turning heel and becoming the female member of the bloodline obviously creative doesn't really have a plan for her the way things are now.

I think on paper Extreme Rules looks like a pretty good PPV. The main issue with it is that it's super easy to predict who's going to win every match on it. It's not one of the "big" PPVs, so you know nothing surprising is going to happen.
