I think it depends on person to person if he or she is motivated and have that courage to do both the things at the same time then only it will work because upsc syllabus is so vast that a person need maximum daily hours to complete it and if you just want to clear upsc than it will work if you want a good rank b/w 1 to 200 then it will not work

It will take 4-5 more attempts even after leaving the job if you do such blunders while making so called "beautiful notes" without even bothering to rectify it during revisions.. Video timestamp- 8:07 min......Just see the difference between Private and Public bill.. Where have you read that Private bill is introduced by Minister and Public bill by any member.. Doing preparation with job is so hard to manage but here Mam's job timing is good I think 10-5 7 hrs job is perfect for aspirants but I m also preparing for upsc with job but my job timing is 8 to 8 so I don't get enough time to study
