Aparantly these tricks works mostly on Critial message type questions but when it comes to Inference and Assumptions ..the probability of getting the correct one decreases

First of all there is no shortcut to anything. Being smart in approach works but not everytime, there is no substitute to hard work. SmartHardWork is the correct way out Practice

I never said that it is a shortcut, smart work has to be complemented with hard work in every level of this exam. With practice one can always achieve this level of accuracy, if it works well during practice then one can surely implement it in real exam, otherwise just follow the traditional way.

This strategy works regardless of trend provided you do it in a right way and practice as many upsc comprehensions as you can. After that you'll have confidence to execute it in real exam

Also one thing is wrong in this video he is saying to apply gs which is completely wrong because in question it's mentioned to give answer on the basis of passage only. So don't apply gs knowledge please. I didn't apply gs knowledge in any of RC question.

Yeah these are the good core topics but you should be ready with logical reasoning, percentages, LCM, ratios too. That means devote 70% of your time to core topics and 30% to others however it is always advisable that you should not leave anything and of course include calendar and clocks too you can't afford to leave them
