If we read twice and make our notes..it will be 3 times revision for us.... Mam, I wanted to know whether we have to write the case laws in theoretical qs. in very detail or should be directly write the ratio of the case. For example you said that under Article 12 of the Constitution, if we write cases like Ajay Hasia, so should be discuss the facts in brief and then write the ratio of the case. Will it be the correct way to address the question or not?

according to me write case name and mention briefly. how much is to explain depends upon what is asked in question, marks weightage, and content that you have for that topic that is asked, these things comes with practice. you start answer writing and evaluate it from any institute.
