There is Doubt in Q. no 73 that What can be the Answer. Although the basic objective of 5th schedule was to restrict the transfer of land from Tribal to non Tribal but in Niti Ayog`s 'Report of Expert Committee on Land Leasing' (31 March 2016, Page no 6) Mentions, "In scheduled tribe regions, transfer of tribal land to non-tribals and in some cases even to tribals on lease basis can be permitted only by a competent authority". And The Term "Best Reflect the Consequesnce" Indicate toward Answer (b). Although any of the answer between (a) and (b) can be considered by UPSC as Correct.

Correction: In the Bar council question, both the options should be wrong since the 2nd statement mentions about Bar Council(S) and not only Bar council of India. We have separate Bar Councils for most of the states like Bar council of Delhi etc, however only Bar Council of India(BCI) has power to lay down the rules for legal education and recognition and not other Bar Councils.

Sir local self governing bodies will be in 6th schedule areas ( autonomous district councils ) . 5th schedule i think tribal land is most relevant and its is actually a provision in schedule areas also.

Sir ,Question no 73 answer would be option A ,because it was a PYQ question of 2019 where UPSC asked that according to which schedule of the Constitution the transfer of tribal land to non tribal to be prohibited ..the answer is Fifth Schedule.. UPSC answer key 2019 this year just UPSC reversed the question

Sir, In Question 13- special majority is required when amendment is made under article 368, while SIMPLE majority is needed when amendment is not under article 368. Then why 2nd statement is not wrong?? as the question asks MUST- this shows always it must true, while there exists a condition for simple majority for Constitutional amendment.

Doubt in question no. 13 - in option 1 - when govt abrogated art. 370, it took the prior recommendation of president and same question was in UPSC CDS exam in which this option was considered as true

I missed 2022 Prelims by 0.67 marks. official Answer key of 3 Ques was definitely wrong, 1. Mandamus 2. National Institute of Urban Affairs 3. Ecommerce marketplace I confirmed it from govt sources, i have also uploaded a video regarding the same with proof. Can we do something about it, when upsc answers are mismatching from official govt sources, can we put a legal challenge?
