Hey Courtney!! I have never had an issue- they are aware they get 10 images and after their mini I tell them the next steps too. I'll let them know they get to pick their 10 images and if they wanted more the email I send will explain it all!

Can we only make changes before we publish the gallery? I was wanting to swap out a recently retouched image, same image but retouched, for the one I have in the published gallery.

Hey! You can always make changes to your gallery even after you publish it. Just go in and delete the first image and add the retouched one back in!

Hi there, I’m a lil confused.. question, you charge for your photo session, which then gives the client 10 images correct? Beyond that, what is the benefit to you, for a client to purchase add on’s, do you receive a portion of that revenue ? Sorry, hope I made sense, just curious about the process Tysm !

Yes, you are able to customize your markup on the products.

When a client purchases images through CloudSpot, you get the revenue from that. If they purchase prints, you get the portion that's not paid to the lab (you see that when setting up your catalog pricing)
