If it spins, it's not for me. When the kids were small, i'd never go on roundabouts with them, and if i'm on the swings for too long i'd have to vomit... as a kid nobody knew back then what or why I was like I was, coz BPPV was not known then. I think I was about 42 when I went to the Doc after a bad fall and a broken thumb, and through his questions as to how it happened, he recognised what it was all about.

Join the club. I think i've never heard of anybody with BPPV before, but is probably not something that many people wanna make public and is probably the reason, I don't talk about it either. In my late 30s and well into my 40s (the most active era of my job), it was worst. Nowadays, it hardly bothers me and when it does, I feel it coming, and act accordingly. Because of BPPV I have to be careful when my head goes under water, as I lose my sense of where up and down is, and panic. But that upside down house, i'll certainly be giving a try! If I walk and turn slowly and concentrate, i'm thinking it will be manageable, if not when I feel it approaching, i'll get out.

Such a coincidence Steve.😅We have something in common.🙂 Sorry to hear you have this too. Yeah, I'm debating whether to give the upside down house a go, cos, like you said, we'd just concentrate. I do the head exercises the consultant told me to do when I have a bad spell of BPPV. , but I mainly have it under control.😅🏡 It's not a taboo subject,so I don't mind people knowing I have this. It's better than them thinking I'm drunk when I go off balance.🤭😂🤭😂 Haha
