Nice to see someone talk so nicely about their employees. And nice to see how clean your machine. My son started a logistics company for which I have been the major investor. Two rules for him: Don't arrive at the customers' place with a dirty truck or wearing diry clothes. We only haul over dimentional, overweight loads. Arriving with clean loads (no dings or dents), ON TIME and with a clean truck and dressed clean has made a difference. The rules follow for our four sub-contractors. We are busy! And the way you leave a property I am sure you are as well. God bless you.

I’m an FAE dealer, so let chime in on the chip throwing statement by the FAE rep, or at least what I think he was suggesting. In many applications (ie., in a larger forested property or orchard) it is an advantage to broadcast the chips for seeding purposes and have a more natural finished look. The FAE shredder can also control the spread of the chips by having a hydraulic hood on the front of the machine. The hoods raise and lower according to how much broadcasting of the chips you wish. These hoods are required in Europe where FAE are manufactured, so they come to the US as a standard feature. If you do not have this adjustable hood, then the machine was built to be safe by enclosing the rotor as much as possible so broadcasting of chips is tightly controlled but without the ability to throw chips very far.

Sorry for my bad English but I still hope you understand me ..and that I don't butcher the language all too much. Anyhow. So I worked for my Dad last summer and did an Internship at his workplace as an Janitor- (gardener)!? He gave me several handheld machines and tools for me to tackle a similar large project like you do here.. After several hours and I was soaked In sweat, nearly on the edge to an collapse and I felt like I was going to faint and pass out ..I had to face myself defeated. Now that when I saw your video, I realized here how much I really should have needed such a machine you use instead of the ones I had ..and that work could instead had been done in minutes ..instead of taking the whole summer! As you can figure I’m going to have a serius talk now with my dad.. Haha. And I'm looking forward to have more videos like this one from you “Upstate Brush Control" Thank you.

Just has one of those today... the there's nothing in there. Adding on a parking spot to a customers drive and snapped off the water shut off to their house. They said nothing there, utilities marked and first bucket of dirt came out with the water shut off in it. They thought it was the old water line but turns out the old line was marked by the utility company and the new was unmarked and right where I was digging. Makes for a fun day.

Forestry mulcher fun! Good vid. And, yes, customers tend to downplay or deny the presence of hidden obstacles buried in dense vegetation. A few years ago, I walked then brushhogged an overgrown 80-acre site that "had nothing in it" according to the customer. When I blew the brains out of my oldest, 5-ft brushhog, though, the customer later admitted he had forgotten about all the semi-buried large concrete pieces located in the middle of the property. Good thing my old brushhog was... old. Oh, well, lessons learned.

I believe that bush is called russian olive tree it's extremely invasive and the more you cut it back it grows back threefold. I have it in my yard and it's taking over my driveway. I tried to rent a forestry mulcher but no one rents them around here. I'm in Apex,North Carolina near Raleigh. I retired in March of 2020 and I've been thinking of buying a small forestry mulcher and use it for clearing smaller areas where a larger machine can't get into. Give me something to do and make a little pocket change!. If I lived closer to you I would be asking you for a job! Lol
