When i was in primary we had a feeding program which was so efficient through all public primary schools and we would pay like a thousand for the whole year and before that it was free (peas,maize,mawele ,rice, porridge) which was a.very good initiative but somehow the moment devolution took root it literally sucked all the good things from schools

chaxy, in that topic of school feeding program and that program that is being ran in tumaini primary,,i schooled there and finished in 2013,, to be honest, anything regarding feedimg program in that school ends up being a corruption case...when world food program was launched by late pres. kibaki the headmistress was busy stealing and selling those bags of maize and yellow peas yet its clearly written boldly NOT FOR SALE. they had to abandon that program to start their own charging 50 kes per kid i saw others going hungry becouse they didnt have lunch cards yet other schools where still on feeding program.. i dont think this thing will work when the kibaki govt was there it was completly free but the program collapsed and the food was being provided by WFP so what makes you guys think Dishi na county will work?
