Hi, they have about 8 more phases that they have yet to release. The folks on the list are contacted as soon as the phases come available. But, we can help you get in if you’re interested.

They make the homes available in different sections at a time. Sometimes 10-20 houses in each phase. That's done about once a month, so they have about 8 months to go before all the homes are completed.
