Don't forget about the Whitewater Center in West Charlotte on i-85 near Gaston County. There's also the Billy Graham library off of Woodlawn Road which becomes Billy Graham Parkway towards Charlotte Doulas Airport. Finally, There's the Ice House ice skating rink in Pineville by Carolina Place Mall. More ideas for you.

Great video! I recommend you visit Southend, Plaza Midwood and NoDa neighborhoods, or just take the funny bus tour that leaves from First ward park. Enjoy Charlotte!

Welcome, you’re going to love it! There are so many FB groups and IG pages coordinating weekend meetups, but to be honest the city is so friendly, all you need to do is go to a bar or game with the mindset to put yourself out there and you’ll end up making great connections! I went to one soccer game and walked away meeting 3 new friend groups 😁 everyone is awesome!!

Even though you say you've moved here from New York, how can you put together a "Must Do" list of uptown Charlotte without even mentioning the performing art center(s)? The Blumenthal Performing Arts Center hosts a full season of touring Broadway shows, the Charlotte Symphony, Opera Carolina and the North Carolina Dance Theatre. The home of the Dance Theatre is just a few blocks north on Tryon. One of the finest performance venue in the region, the Loonis McLohan Theatre in Spirit Spuare, is now being incorporated into a fantastic new Main Public Library! (Considering your roots in New York, you should already know that for many years, more people have attended New York's Broadway theatre performances than all the NYC sports events combined! Please think about the Charlotte region growing the same direction and nurturing the same cultural amenities!)

I know haha this was still early I saw black helmets and said black knights.. I get pretty nervous admittedly but I am trying to improve 😁 I actually commented in an earlier comment about pointing this out , but thank you for pointing this out it is how I will improve!
