I cried TWICE while I watched Uptown Girls! (I just got done watching it) Once when Rae/Ray was punching Molly and then hugged her: sad to me! And once when Molly's dad's guitars came out. That part was so sad, I was actually nearly crying out loud! :..) Pretty touching. Great job on the movie! It brings complete emotion!

This movie was pure genius. The cast was very spot on and every actor and actress was special and made the movie perfect. Brittany Murphy, Dakota Fanning, And every single actor and actress gave their best and to me this movie was special right from beginning to end. Made me cry on many scenes due to different memories in my life that I could relate to and many life lessons to be learned. Everyone should see this movie. It makes you want to be a better person

This is such a great movie ! Every movie should teach you something, or relate to anything that happens in the real world. It definitely demonstrated how a person can mature with experiences that she/he may never had experienced. To understand the value of people, and overall to know that life is hard but you can get through it! Brittany Murphy has done many movies, but the one that I would say that has shined the most was uptown girls, and she sure has left a mark! May she Rest In Peace ❤️🕊

I had a baby in June and named her Molly after my Gramma and then we found this song on the internet and it fit so perfectly and now my husband is going to learn to play it on guitar and we sing it to her all the time.
