Who will buy condos that is more expensive compare to the cities of the of the US or western countries. None excepts the upper rich, the foreigners, business people. The common people or the middle income families could not afford even single bedroom condo. Above all the floor area is like posporo and if you have phobia in a closed space this will not be good for your mental health. Nice video.

@@packohub1145 In other countries those condos are afforded by regular workers like teachers, govt. employees, skilled labors like plumbers etc. In the PHilippines it can only be afforded by foreigners or Filipinos who work abroad or multi millionaire businessmen., actors and average people can live in the slums or slum like environment. Why do think so many Filipinos want to work abroad. price to income ratio PHilippines is up there with the worst. That's why it's still dysfunctional and Filipinos like you who can't grasp the concept are the reason why it never changes.
