Transfagarasan is the road between the mountains of Fagaras, which starts from the town of Bascov, Arges county and ends near the town of Cartisoara, Sibiu county. With a length of approximately 152 km, part of DN 7 C, the road connects the two historical provinces of Muntenia and Transylvania.
