@@nishamadhulika it came out perfect. Normally, like everyone else I always throw in all the masalas. It turned out OK. I also always used shan or national packet masalas, that's why my food was good enough. Lately no more packets left. I watch your videos & few others. I'm cooking like a proper chef. Hubby loves my foods lately. He doesn't know I stopped using packets. I learnt that spices go in at different stages to bring out the perfect end result. Ma'am u r amazing. Love the way how u speak.... love from pakistan.... one question only that is it ok to eat red chilli powder without cooking longer? I mean u just added in the last second ? Don't we have to cook red chilli powder for few minutes to make it eatable...?

red chilli powder burns real quick.. so in order to stop it from burning and ruining the flavor, we put it after the heat is turned off. if you want to cook your chilli powder the het needs to be really low.
