@@SwapBlogRU you need to make an earles or girder front end, with a driven wheel that has a largish section and cleated tyre, driving through the ski with a flat bottom boat shape, steers and drives, disengage when running in reverse. very big potential in this. wish I were there to help build this into a serious snow truck. a small car engine may help too, possible. the ski should be supported by the axle, this way it will want to push itself out of drift snow. brilliant idea, well executed. have a like!

Needs 3" tall paddles like a real Arctic Cat or Polaris for powder snow. Ski needs to be a bit smaller. Front & back should look the same. Cross section should be a a rod down the center. Turn the forks left & that's where the left flat part should level with the shop floor. And vice versa for the right side. Would be nice to have some roller blade wheels poking through the ski. Only a few inches front & back of center.

Rotational parts of the track and wheels need to be more lightweight. Perhaps an inch off each side. The tracks need serpinteen belt strips on the snow side to cover the metal strips and create additional traction points. Skid_steer style auxiliary rear brakes could help with turning at slow speed by reducing drive to one side or the other. And an extra long length exhaust should give more torque to turn the tracks at low rpm. All of which results in a pronounced performance improvement on and off snow.
