Kinda retcon's Tenpenny. When you ask him about Megaton and Burke's plan to blow it up, Tenpenny says that Burke told him he had the town evacuated. He also is willing to (as it turns out, foolishly) accept Roy Phillips and the other ghouls into the tower. He wasn't portrayed as actively evil, but uncaring and senile. He's the old British world trotter archetype. Everything is just a game to him. That's why he does "wasteland safari" just shooting into the distance to kill time. Burke was the real corruption, and has almost religious fervor to blowing up the town. He even disregards the ghouls killing all the residents and makes a deal with Roy to keep doing his own thing.

It's got better lore accuracy that the god damn TV show and Team Folon clearly poured everything they've got into it, so that makes it a 10/10 in my book. I do agree with this being a continuity error, however. I guess between flashing out what fallout in a whole different country would look like and fixing the dialog system they just didn't do their due diligence on this one.
