battery cases should be more accommodating for headphone sets. forgetting the extender means not being able to listen to music, and having to remove the case. mophie and life proof also share the same issue . I want to be able to use headphones without having to drag along an extender. this is something that case manufactures have to consider while designing these cases

Buyer beware - I was an early adopter of this case and have gone through 4 cases as within months after receiving a case, the case will fail to recharge. The latest replacement case received from UNU, failed within a week. There is a serious quality issue with this unit and other reviews on Amazon and on the UNU Facebook page substantiates this. I am disappointed that almost a year into the launch they haven't fixed this systemic issue. I love the form factor of this case but if it doesn't satisfy what it was designed to do, its an EPIC fail as a product. Despite UNU's Customer Service honoring it's warranty, the chronic replacement cycle because of the products failure to perform is a nuisance.

How about this external battery wrist charger? Every heard about? Anyways, I have something similar to this one. When you tested it, did you have to have it on(continuous charging) when your phone was at 100%? Mine did the same thing, but I had to fully charge both batteries and then leave the external battery charging my i phone all day. I don't know if that will cause any problems. Some other iPhone users and Apple customer service tweet said its okay if its a slow or normal flow charge. Basically, the 100% charged iPhone will just eat up the case's battery until its empty.

It's funny, I have a lenmar Merdian battery case and the uNu looks exactly identical. Same battery size, same body, just different power on/off placement position. Do u know what's the difference ? If they are the same then I can agree, it's everything u want it to be and more. Another downside though,the case will take a beating if u tend to drop ur phone a lot (beware).

You would need to look for one specifically for the 5c as the 5c has a more rounded backing. So no, the case in the video will not fit your phone. Only 5 and 5s.

You can charge it while its on the phone. It'll charge the phone first then the case once the phone hits 100%. I would charge the case nightly just as you do with the phone itself.

eh. Just one charge more for power? Not impressed. People blow through 3x the amount of their battery if they have no worries i.e. a charger. That's not big enough. I use samsung, but if I had iPhone, I wouldn't be happy unless it had 10,000 MAh or higher. One extra charge just don't do it these days. Plus charger cases, really limit the stylization and protection of your phone. Sure they may protect your phone if you drop it, but it pressured hard enough, you can effectively crap up your case leaving you with a useless, $60 case with no benefits. That's a serious no-no. Might as well make a case for the case so it won't damage the circuit during a fall. I'd personally stick to a external battery pack because of this. And those allow for bigger batteries than cases can.
