I think there is something to be said for these monotone palettes: I think they’re a great go-to for those with 9-5s. You have the ease of getting ready in the morning by not being overwhelmed by color choices, but you can be confident you’ll always churn out a great look. You also get a little more variety than just a straight neutrals palette.

Just wow! I haven't shopped for a new palette in awhile and I'm super excited to see this one. I am 42 so I'm not really that adventurous with my colors. I've learned what compliments my blue eyes and tend to stick with it. However, when I'm going out I do luxuriate in a pop of gold for drama. This palette is an absolute staple for me. It has everything I love and I can't wait to get my paws on it! ;) Also, the brush looks identical to the one I got with my IT Cosmetics neutral palette a couple of years ago, so I have a pretty good idea where the idea came from. lol And considering I LOVE that brush, getting another is a huge bonus. I really enjoyed your review and of course your tutorial. And I would actually love to see one palette used in several ways. It could be this one, or another. I feel like for my lifestyle the look you’re showing is pretty glamorous, which is great, because we all have times to dress up, but I would love to see a sporty look or simply just a more casual look.
