It wasn't Tony Blairs privitisation , he didn't become PM until 1997. Privitisation was done under the Tories

I think it's a mixture of stock. The first class seats on a 4-CEP were compartments, so not what you saw. From what I've found on Google, I think what you've shown is a drive unit from a 4-CEP, a buffet car from a 4-BIG and I'm not sure what the first class carriage is.

This would be a cLass 412 because the buffet car and SWT dtuff

technically, it would be a 4bep (or a class 412) but yeah, it wasnt just for SWT, BR also had some buffet car versions
