Can you fish by the Emma hotel without being harassed by the sapd because we were not doing anything wrong my children were fishing not me he asked me if I had my ID I complied by giving him my info which I did not think it was proper we did not do nothing wrong the only reason I did is just to show my kids how cops work if it was by myself I wouldn't have complied and even the officer went as far to ask my kids for there birthdays there are 6-8-10 wish i give him still bit my lip and let them give him their info for what have no reason we were there just having a good old time but now they have this in their mind that the cops are no good just to harass without no reason I even said there is no fishing signs posted he stated you cannot touch the water or touch the wildlife or fish here by the Emma hotel or anywhere. maybe you can give me some advice please thanks

Damn I am sorry to hear that Daniel, From what I've heard the cops are all different. Majority don't care then there is the 1 % who just need to bother everyone bc they have a badge... I've fished over there many times without any issues.
