Urban Hiking | Small Town Wisconsin - 11/09/2024

After being super busy all fall, we stayed close to home in November. We still wanted to get out so we kept it close hiking Cudahy Nature Preserve in Oak Creek, Wisconsin. It's located near the airport in Milwaukee so while your views tell you that you're in rural areas, the noises tell you it's the city.
After lunch, we found someone selling a coffin near Madison so we headed up. We arrived quite a bit earlier than we were supposed to so we killed some time at Token Creek Historic Mill and Conservancy. The smell will haunt me forever. The cemetery was very cool.
