Well let’s see , Meyer wanted to retire because he wanted to be with his family more and was not feeling up to snuff physically. So that being said because he is full of shit , he probably will come out of retirement and abandoned his family once again .

My fear is the rumors I’ve been hearing are true. That Heather Lyke will leave and so will Narduzzi (possibly hand in hand at MSU). Then it’ll be a stepping stone like the school was previously. No stability. Bad AD’s , bad coaches (Haywood who never truly appeared due to the assaults), Graham, ect. Then if we get a coach he uses us to leave in a year or two.
@talkingcfbwithJJKitchen

MSU already has an AD so Heather wouldn’t go there and she turned it down last time. As for her leaving for Ohio State, if she is offered she will leave. I’ve been involved with 2 sources who have told me it’s really between 3 people they have heard and she is one of them. Pat Chun at Washington State is the leader right now. Narduzzi has been called, but I do not see him leaving unless MSU really offers something great. Boosters love him a source told me and he is very connected to them and Dantonio.

@@talkingcfbwithJJKitchen The pitt fans don’t have to worry. I mean absolutely nothing by this. I loved Narduzzi as a defensive coordinator at Michigan State. The MSU fans and boosters have no interest in Narduzzi.

@@spartandogs3126 I think MSU fans have no interest, but I know plenty of Boosters are big fans of Narduzzi and I have seen it and heard it from multiple people and especially football alumni. Again, I want Duzz to stay because he has already built something here at Pitt. MSU needs a total rebuild.

Sorry for the repeated comments (responding as I listen). The NiL wasn’t shut down. It was paused to wait for the transfer portal to close. They didn’t want to pay players undue funds if they leave (they prepay the NiL funds). Once they know who is staying/leaving, they’re resuming

Ok. My source said that even Steve St. Andre said it was cancelled because they only had 100 subscribers and cancelled everything. That was before the portal and before Tucker was fired. Not a good situation but the right coach could help.

He said today in an interview he likes where he is at and doesn't want to coach anymore. The only reason Meyer stopped coaching Ohio State is because the stress of coaching bothers his congenital arachnoid cyst in his brain. Stop the rumors. Meyer is loyal to Buckeye nation!

Fake news. Zero chance he would ever coach in the state of Michigan and has firmly said multiple times he is done coaching. People forget he still has same brain inoperable cyst that caused him to leave OSU in the first place. He would go back to OSU if anything!

I think it is a huge stretch to see Meyer at MSU. The program is in total disarray (to put it mildly) and will require years of rebuilding. He would have to steel himself to getting clobbered by both Michigan (a hated rival) and OSU (his old team) for the next 3 years minimum and probably a few more than that. He will face a huge recruiting challenge, competing in his natural recruiting territory against successful programs at both Michigan and OSU with PSU thrown in on top, making the rebuild that much harder. He is not a young man and has no need to make a name for himself, having been on top of the heap twice in an already long career. I just don't see it, unless they dangle so much money in front of him that it is impossible to ignore, which is possible but probably a long shot given the university's recent experience with Tucker. Tucker will surely sue and may very well win a significant 8 figure judgment so the university has to be a little cautious right now

Very solid points. Interest between both sides, but I do agree that Michigan State is going to go with a guy who runs the program the right way. Guys like Elko, Narduzzi, Tressel, etc would all be guys the Boosters and Trustees like.
