Thanks! I am very lucky when it comes to Marsh harriers and seem to see at least one almost every time I go wildlife watching. Have a great weekend!

Another interesting and informative video with great footage. Enjoyed as always!

That was a joy to watch. The whole thing was very relaxing and the music not distracting or too loud as in lots of other peoples' videos.

Thanks! I usually use a different style of music so was trying something a bit different. Im glad you enjoyed it and hope you'll enjoy the next one I release. Cheers.

Just to say I agree with this. I watch a lot of wildlife videos and am forever turning up the volume to hear the voices clearly,but quickly turning it down when the music deafens!!
@NaturallyCuriousUK3 жыл бұрын
@@SkylarkFields I agree too. I think I've sometimes got it wrong in my own videos but I do strive to ensure that viewers don't have to keep reaching for the volume knob / buttons.

@@NaturallyCuriousUK That's great, at least you are aware. I have mentioned it to some but I don't like to come across as complaining! Oh, and being 'naturally curious' I just had a peek at the content on your Channel. I shall have to watch some of your vids when I get another spare moment! :)

Brilliant! Visited BW in September, didn't see a marsh harrier or water rail but was a good visit, need to plan next visit more in line with the tide being in though next time.
@AShotOfWildlife3 жыл бұрын
Thanks. I have wasted trips there in the past by getting the wrong tide but I think at this time of the year, as long as you are up for a bit of a walk there will always be something to see. I get so lucky with Marsh Harriers, I dont remember the last time I went on a Norfolk wildlife trip and didnt see one! Have a great weekend!

Great film with a lot of birds Liam! Good with the satellite image animations letting us know where you are and great with the drone overviews of the area. Nice background music. Thanks for sharing and have a good day! // Bertil.

Grand video Liam and what lovely place, graffiti, litter and wildlife what more can you ask for? 😂
@AShotOfWildlife3 жыл бұрын
That first hide has remained unchanged for as long as I can remember, I think it is more graffiti than wood these days! I quite like it though, its walking distance for thousands of people and offers a wildlife spectacle like almost no-where else in the UK. And in response to your other comment, I think now you might be completely caught up with my videos :) Cheers!

Hi Helena. Firstly, I hope you had a great Christmas and New year's! It was a great day, at the first hide I got a lot more footage but unfortunately it was a bit too shakey to use. I have a couple of other videos in this style filmed and hope to be able to release a video every Friday going forwards. Thanks for your support :)

Really good one Liam. Your local knowledge on this one must have really helped too. Some great captures there, loved the flight films especially. Great to see a Marsh Harrier - we saw two this year - in Northumberland and Rutland. It’s so amazing to see them coming back. Thanks for sharing, your films are just great 👍👍👍👏👏👏 Dave H

I would've been pleased with that view of the Water Rail tbh. I've only ever seen them in the open once or twice, usually in winter when the water's frozen over.

As soon as a I saw that hide I was like "oh that's Braydon Water" Shame the hide is so misused. A brilliant reserve
@AShotOfWildlife Жыл бұрын
Spot on. I don't know if there's anything that could be done to clean the hide up really. It's so close to Yarmouth that lots of different types of people go to it.

Hi Liam, very interesting commentary with your video and I did learn a few things that I didn't know. A shame it was a dull day and not the best light for the video but it was enjoyable to watch as I haven't been to that area.
@AShotOfWildlife3 жыл бұрын
Hi Caroline. Thanks for leaving a comment. Its a shame about the lighting but it was a great place to visit and if you do get the chance, I highly recommend it. Even though the first hide isnt that nice, there are so many birds there that it makes it all worth while. Have a great weekend!

I was in that hide last summer . We saw a Caspian Tern which was very cool . You really need a scope as most of the birds were pretty far away . It's weird the floor of the hide is a wire mesh type thing , and yea it looked more like a drug den than a hide .
@LudwigHohlwein17763 жыл бұрын
Hi Liam. I enjoy your work and enthusiasm. Have you been to RSPB Ham Wall? Just outside Glastonbury on the Somerset levels and home to possibly the largest starling murmuration in the U.K. I was there this week and particularly when it's clear skies, it's an awesome sight. All the best.
