VILLA CAPRISI is inspired by the world renowned Italian design and flair. Ultra wide and Extra long, this distinctive collection is offered in a Brushed, European white oak. Whether in the Handground or Smooth texture, Stained or Smoked Finish, every piece is crafted by hand, creating a totally unique look with no repetition from plank to plank. Each Villa Caprisi floor is truly.....ONE OF A KIND.
Featured Product: VERONA VCV-806
Skilled craftsmen combine hand-griding & wire-brushing to create a gentle time worn look with subtle grain and texture variation. The texture is further complimented by natural knots and character marks that capture the look of a classic floor of yesteryear.

And no one seems to care that the dishwasher placement destroys the kitchen's functionality. I might agree that the stove looks great where it is but it would've looked wonderful on the other wall too. Function should be first.

She doesn't know how to design a functional kitchen. That kitchen is one to be seen, not used.

In the last back splash shot it looks as if it's already coming up or didn't stick well to begin with and now they have no place to sit down and eat. They gave up being able to sit as a family for storage and prep space. They have a small home. You needed to kick it out at least 5 more feet where the door to the kitchen is,so they could sit and eat. Dishwashers should always go next to the sink NOT a stove.

Her concerns are reflected by many. There are THOUSANDS of homes that have way worse kitchens than these. However, many of these older kitchens were custom built in place so there is no real way to remove them peacefully, but yes it is still a waste, but to build it in "3" days means they can't spend a day gently removing the kitchen and sending the usable parts to the re-use stores and recycling. What is a concern that I have is how many of her kitchens have "9 inch floor tiles and glimpses of cloth covered ducts in the wall". How come they never show asbestos remediation and removal?

I don’t understand how she even does this for free. Like that cost so much money. She probably say that on the show. But it’s seem like it’s scripted before she even approaches people. They probably pay her off camera.

When all the companies showed up they made sure all their logos were seen. They probably donated most of the stuff used. It's a tax write off for the companies & they get publicity on top of it. The publicity probably created business for them.
