How on earth do you locate all these empty houses. It's amazing what you have come up with. I'd love to try and do something similar. It would be great to show case the empty houses in an area so that we could bring attention to them and get them back into circulation. Now that would be great!!

Thanks for your views & comments...now location of the properties is difficult...keeping an eye out whilst driving, but mostly seeing what appears on the urbex forums....looking for clues, then google earth once an area is known, also networking with other's with the same interest can be fruitful, once your interest is verified....last resort is to ask....I don't often ask for locations, but have asked for entry details...of properties i have already located....nobody want to travel miles to be disapointed with a fail.....bit of a lul lately, but something will turn up sooner or later. Regards Auk

Abandoned UK thanks so much for your reply. I’ve done a few general videos on KZbin but I think I may have to do some research and do a video about abandonned properties in the uk. Happy hunting and keep up the good work ✨👍🏽✨

Another nice explore. The tower is interesting, as it seems rather a complicated structure to serve as a belvedere or a prospect tower. I was wondering if it was, in fact, one of the original semaphore towers that were built in the late 1700's, and part of the semaphore line, which ran from London to Deal, Kent? If so, then there could be a case for the tower to be given Listed status?

Thanks Stuart.....It's grade 2 listed from 1975....Here's the link britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/101272628-the-tower-westerham#.W47dvuhKjIU

Hello Steve, good to see you back again. Thanks for the link. 'Folly' it is then. Although I wouldn't be surprised if it was wrongly listed, as such. It wouldn't be the first time this has happened. Its just the fact that it's described as having a basement, which together with the connecting structure leads me to believe that it had a more complex use. There is always a mystery on your explores, which makes them more intriguing, of course!

I've spent many nights patying here. I grew up in westerham and played here as a child to there is more shelters deep in the woods near the lakes. I tried to find them again a few years ago but it's all over grown. One of the shelters had a door and a lock always wondered whats in them. There are 3 in a row.
