The first restaurant in Pakistan baked meat for 18 hours at a low temperature in an oven and served it to customers within seconds. This meat is diet-friendly and organic, with the use of homemade spices that are good for health-conscious people. Within six months, they launched their two branches in Lahore and Islamabad.
CEO of The Carnivore, Zohaib Khan Niazi, added while speaking with Urdu Point anchor Bilal Abbasi that local customers prefer lamb neck and lamb shoulder; perhaps foreigners prefer beef meat. The Carnivore is located in the roomy hotel Super Market, Markez, F6 Islamabad.
