Sir I'm a 35yr Male, unmarried, Doctor by profession. I have had stricture in my urethra in 2022 which was dilated by the general surgeon through cystoscopy. Now, in 2024 I have developed the stricture again in membranous urethra. General surgeon (a different one) has advised for OIU procedure to be done by urologist. My concern is what is the permanent solution for this problem? My urine flow is very weak, sometimes I feel AUR which is very painful.
