Hi Doctor is stricture in navicular fossa and behind it possible to cure with urethroplasty? Thanks Doctor. I am having dribbling and pain while urination. Urination is slowing down before it leaves and I have to push slightly. My doctor said my flow is good but the stricture is causing urine incontinence stress incontinence when pressure is applied in the area. I have small stricture I will not do Optical surgery doctor said it will include self dilatation for life time. He said Urethroplasty is the best answer to the problem but he is not trained to do so. He told me in the near future I may need urethroplasty surgery.
