Make sure to take a salt bath and smudge with sage often. You could learn to program stones, too, to have constant protection around you and not depend on you. You must take surrounding vibrations, and as the intensity rises, it could be intense. There are a lot of little protection tricks, like salt in water under your bed, to catch low vibrations. I'm a sponge too and those tricks help me immensely! 🌸🌈
