Property is much more old then what is described. It is almost 40 years old and till date there are no talks about redevelopment specialy in thane east. Almost all buildings are old.

Thankyou . It’s 1BHK only. And not 1.5BHK. Also, being on ground floor it has its own Pros and cons. Not sure about the redevelopment part if its true. Will reconfirm from my side too. But looking at the building and location and also the outgoings in the area, including future development prospect the 80 lakhs price is extremely high. Better flats are available at cheaper price . This flat the right price would be around Rs 40-42 Lakhs as my initial offering.

नया फ्लॅट सिक्सटी. फाय के आसपास मिल ता हैं, इतणी जुनी बिल्डिंग का इतना price नही हैं, ग्राउंड फ्लोअर हे नीचेसे पाणी भी आता होगा, छोटे बच्चे खेलते हैं, बहोत शोर करते हैं, सभी ग्राउंड फ्लोअर वालो को तकलीफ होती हैं
